Nourished and Thriving Children from OSU Extension Service

The OSU Extension Service, in partnership with SPOON, presents a new trauma-informed nutrition and feeding course! This FREE online, self-paced course takes participants through the 6 principles of trauma-informed nutrition and offers tips and resources for implementing them in the home or care environment. The course was written with foster parents in mind, but is appropriate for anyone who cares for or supports children who have experienced trauma. Diversity Without Division: Introducing the Moral Courage Method of Communicating Across Divides

Created by Irshad Manji, founder of the Moral Courage network and New York Times bestselling author. This on-demand online course has 5 modules, with a total time commitment of 5-9 hours.
