One of the most asked questions by parents is, β€œIs my child developing normally?”  There are many different layers to this question.  Luckily there are professionals that can help us as parents.  So common is this subject that many resources have been developed for parents to answer the question as well as help in working with temporary or permanent issues of development.

  • Introduction to the ASQ as a parent tool

  • Early Intervention Assistance

  • Special Education Services

  • English as a Second Language Services

  • Counseling and Advocacy

  • Parent Support Groups

If your a parent, chances are that you have

completed an ASQ (Ages and Stages Questionare).

But did you know that the ASQ was originally

developed as a parent tool.

Every parent wants to know their child is developing

properly.  So, the ASQ was developed for parents

to complete based on the observations of their child.

The State of Oregon has the site http://asqoregon.com here you can register and complete an online ASQ.  There are age appropriate activities available for you and your child after you complete the questionare.  You can also access help if you have any questions or would like to seek more assistance.
